The Music Makers was established in 1989. We pride ourselves in our sheet music knowledge and our efficient ordering service. We are happy to find obscure items that may not be listed in our catalogue.

Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions on www.music-makers.co.uk

Placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Shipping and Handling

Goods will be charged for at time of placing the order. To ensure your card safety, payments are handled by HSBC secure epayments.
The greatest care and attention will be taken when handling and sending the items to ensure that no damage is caused to the goods.

Delivery Schedule

Orders are posted within 1 working day of receiving them if the item is in stock. If an item is out of stock we will email advising of delivery time. Delivery usually takes 7 - 10 days. International orders may take slightly longer due to extended posting times.

Some titles, however, may not be readily available and may take longer. If a book will take more than 10 days we will advise you of the situation and estimated delivery time.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will place it on back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

VAT Charges

A VAT charge does not apply to printed music. All other items have the standard 17.5% UK charge. These products are shown on the website inclusive of VAT. There are no hidden costs.

Guarantee

We guarantee your satisfaction. Full refunds will only be given on damaged goods or goods sent in error by ourselves.
Delivery charges for Returning Goods:
If you are returning an item because it's faulty or we made an error, we will refund you the cost of delivering it and your cost to return it. Otherwise you will be responsible for these charges.
Refunds on unwanted items will only be given after prior consent via our email sales@music-makers.co.uk

Books must be in saleable condition. The cost of the outgoing postage will be deducted from the returned book.

Privacy Policy

The Music Makers do not disclose buyers information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item.
